LINKMED® Message Mapper_Non-HL7 Field Mapping

LINKMED® Message Mapper File Rules and Field Rules Options:
On the LINKMED® Message Mapper Work-area there are RED sequential numbers located on the left and right side, these sequential numbers are used to identify message field that required mapping. Access to the File Rules and the Field Rules Mapping options of a segment field, do the following:
  • You have located the field sequence numbers on the left side of the Mapper and make note
  • You have located the same sequence numbers on the right side of the Mapper
  • You click inside the yellow box of the File Rules to access the File Rules options and select the appropriate LINKMED® IE tag for your Mapping
  • You click on the Field Rules yellow box to access the Field Rules options and select the appropriate LINKMED® IE Tag(s) for your Mapping
    Note:
    LINKMED® IE Tags located in the File Rules and Field Rules options window are used for data manipulating or creating interface logic

Non-HL7 to HL7 Message Conversion:
The LINKMED® Message Mapper File Rules and Filed Rules options allows you to translate the inbound HL7 message to "What you want " format. You create and send HL7 Result message back to your client in "What your client's want " format
Mapping non-HL7 to HL7 requires using both File Rules and Field Rules features of the Mapper and knowledge of LINKMED® Interface Engine Tags functions
