Support and Maintenance:
The purchase of a LINKTools® IDK entitles
the user to 10 hours of free support for a period of one
year from date of purchase.
The purchase of a LINKTools® Transmitter, Receiver
or Rx/Tx Pack includes 2 hours of support for a period
of one year from date of purchase.
Annual Support:
Annual support (on the toolkit itself) and access to upgrades
are available for 20% of items purchased.
Hourly Support: Hourly Installation and post installation
support are available at $160.00 per hour.
